HOW CAN I KNOW WHEN YOU’VE ADDED NEW PIECES TO THE SHOP?

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ANINI DESIGNS PIECE?

DO I NEED TO WASH THE PIECE WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

No. All pieces are ready to hang and/or wear upon arrival. Wearables have been hand washed and pressed before shipping.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders ship via USPS within 3 business days of payment. Shipping will take an additional 2-7 business days, depending on the destination.

I AM ORDERING A GIFT FOR SOMEONE. CAN YOU INCLUDE A NOTE?

Yes. I’m more than happy to include a short hand-written notecard in your package.

Please be sure to write what you’d like to have written in your card “EXACTLY” and within quotation marks (” “) in the NOTES field.

Also, if you mention that your order is a gift, I will not include a printed copy of the receipt in the shipment.

 
 
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?

Yes and no*. If you are unsatisfied with your piece (excluding custom orders), please contact me via the CONTACT page.

CANCELLATIONS…

Must be received within 24 hours.

REFUNDS/RETURNS…

Contact ANINI for all returns/refunds within 5 days.

RETURN SHIPPING…
Item must be shipped back to ANINI within 2 weeks of delivery. Also, buyer is responsible for any/all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in original, unused condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

* Because of the nature of custom orders, there are NO refunds on custom pieces.

On occasion, I will run sales and offer discount codes. Follow and/or “like” ANINI Designs on social media (ANINI Designs Blog, Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter) so you don’t miss out.

 
 
ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

I do the occasional custom order at this time. I may increase this aspect of the shop more in the future.

ARE THERE ANY ALLERGENS A PIECE MAY BE SUBJECT TO IN YOUR STUDIO/HOME?

I weave all pieces in my home studio.
I have no pets (excepting a beautiful, blue betta fish who creates very little drama and/or allergens).
It is a no-smoking environment.

There is family, love, and laughter, an occasional tear, and lots of joy that goes into each and every piece.

Additionally, all pieces are ready to hang (with your own hardware, unless otherwise indicated) and/or wear upon arrival.
Wearables have been hand washed and pressed before shipping.
